Eine neue Perspektive auf Wissen

Das Forschungsinstitut für Spirituelles Wissensmanagement widmet sich der Erforschung, Entwicklung und praktischen Anwendung eines neuen Verständnisses von Wissen – eines Wissens, das nicht nur informiert, sondern verwandelt.

Als interdisziplinärer Denk- und Forschungsraum wollen wir Erkenntnisse u.a. aus Wissensmanagement, Spiritualität, systemischer Beratung, Resonanztheorie und transformativen Lernen miteinander verbinden.

Unser Ziel ist es, Wissensprozesse zu gestalten, die den Menschen in seiner Tiefe ansprechen und individuelle wie kollektive Transformationsprozesse ermöglichen.

Unsere Arbeit

Wir erforschen, wie spirituelle Zugänge – etwa durch Resonanz, Intuition, Stille oder Berufungsfindung – bewusst in moderne Wissensprozesse integriert werden können. Dabei verbinden wir wissenschaftliche Fundierung mit praktischer Anwendbarkeit.

Unsere Vision

Wir verstehen Spirituelles Wissensmanagement als Antwort auf eine zentrale Frage unserer Zeit:
Wie kann Wissen nicht nur gesammelt, sondern verkörpert, verantwortet und in sinnerfülltes Handeln übersetzt werden, das Menschen genauso wie Organisationen hin zu ihrer „best version“ führt?

Unser Institut schafft Räume für Erkenntnisprozesse, die nicht bei der Information enden – sondern bei der Transformation beginnen.
